Our Philosophy:

At Baltzer Wealth Management Group, we are dedicated to helping
our clients build, manage, preserve, and transition their wealth. We take a comprehensive
approach to wealth management, which consists of Investments; Liability Management;
Risk Management (through Insurance and other Asset Protection Strategies); and Trust &
Estate Services.

Our process begins by listening to our clients. We listen and understand their current
situation, their past experiences and their goals and objectives for the future. With the
information clients share with us, we go to work. We study, test, analyze, model and
develop solutions and strategies to help them meet their goals and objectives. Then we
explain our recommendations in plain English with a minimum amount of technical jargon.

With our client's permission, we implement our recommendations in an independent,
objective, unbiased and cost-effective manner. Together, with our clients, we evaluate the
progress of their plans and we can make adjustments when there are material changes in
the markets; changes in tax laws; or changes in the lives of our clients.

We bring our education, advanced training and a commitment to ongoing professional
development to our clients. The Baltzer Wealth Management Group brings combined, over
100 years of experience practicing wealth management and we do so with judgement
rendered with care, skill and caution. We're part of Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network- a financial institution that stands for strength and stability and where culture counts - a culture of
advice and guidance; relationships and teamwork; innovation and technology; community
support; diversity and corporate responsibility. And we do so with passion, commitment and energy to help our clients succeed financially - to help our clients build, manage, preserve and transition their wealth.
